Service Description

This class warms up with Surya Namaskars and long-held standing postures including sidebends and twists that also activate the hip flexors, outer hips, and thighs. We work with the core and shoulders and develop more mindful mobility in the joints to prepare us for backbends. By enabling us to breathe better as we open the front body, backbends become an invitation to expand our perspective, be present in our vulnerability, and get closer to our true Self. Props like straps, blankets and props are recommended.
